When you enter a Kind Goods sweepstakes, we may collect the following personal information:

Phone number

Date of birth (for age verification)

Zip code or city/state of residence

Product preferences or survey responses (if applicable)

We do not collect more information than is reasonably necessary to administer the sweepstakes and comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

Age Restriction and Compliance

All sweepstakes are open only to legal residents of Missouri who are 21 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 21. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will delete it promptly.

All entries and redemptions of cannabis-related prizes must comply with the rules published by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services’ Division of Cannabis Regulation regulations (“DCR”) and are subject to in-store identity and age verification at time of prize fulfillment.

Retention of Data
