My favorite consumption method will always be rolling up and smoking flower! To me the process of taking the time to sit down and roll a joint/blunt is a very therapeutic process. Slowing down, taking a deep breath, pausing for the cause, and medicating is a daily process at the end of each day.

My favorite strain would be a tie with Apple Fritter and Wedding Cake. Apple Fritter is more rare to find, but both are crosses with Animal Cookies and heavy on the Caryophyllene. Both these stains are dependable to provide heavy body and mind relaxation, effective for pain relief, and still offer the euphoric head high as well.

The best thing about cannabis is its potential to create positive economic and medical impacts. This plant alone has made huge strides through history from industrial hemp, profound medical uses, and brings all types of people together on a social level. That and there is nothing better than passing a joint around with a small group of friends and talking about how to solve the world's problems together!
