Do I lose my points if I have not shopped in a while? No, the points will not expire. As long as you have shopped with us and joined the program, we will always have your points waiting for you.
Can I transfer my points to another patient?Unfortunately, due to our systems, we are not able to transfer to another account. If you do need assistance merging your account, please inform Store Management and they will gather necessary information for you. Please allow 7 business days to complete.
Do I have to receive Text Messages to be a Loyalty Member?No, you do not need to “OPT IN” to text messaging to become a member of the Kind Goods Loyalty Program, although we do require a phone number and email on file for all Loyalty Members.
