Yes you can use your loyalty points and redemptions at any Kind Goods location.

Do I lose my points if I have not shopped in a while?

No, the points will not expire. As long as you have shopped with us and joined the program, we will always have your points waiting for you.

Can I transfer my points to another patient?

Unfortunately, due to our systems, we are not able to transfer to another account. If you do need assistance merging your account, please inform Store Management and they will gather necessary information for you. Please allow 7 business days to complete.

Do I have to receive Text Messages to be a Loyalty Member?

No, you do not need to “OPT IN” to text messaging to become a member of the Kind Goods Loyalty Program, although we do require a phone number and email on file for all Loyalty Members.

Do I have to be a member of Kind Goods Loyalty to receive a discount at Kind Goods?

Yes, you must be a member of the Kind Goods Loyalty program to be eligible for all discounts and deals that are provided at Kind Goods.

Can I use my Loyalty Points to discount products that are already discounted?

No, we do not allow “discount stacking” at Kind Goods locations. We suggest saving your points on occasions like these so you can enjoy a fully priced product at a discounted price.

Do I have to be a patient of Kind Goods to be a Loyalty Member?

Yes, you must have shopped at a Kind Goods location at least once so we have the opportunity to verify you are a Missouri Medical Marijuana Patient.
