1. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Kind Goods Cannabis Dispensaries, a brand of High Fidelity Brands, located at 1120 South 6th Street, Suite 400, St. Louis, MO 63104.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal U.S. residents of Missouri who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, their immediate family members or individuals living in the same household, and advertising agencies are not eligible to win.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on Friday, July 10, 2026 at 8am and ends on Friday, July 10, 2026 at 8:45pm (the “Promotion Period”).

4. How to Enter

You may enter the Sweepstakes in one of the following ways:

• With Purchase: During the Promotion Period, eligible participants may enter the Sweepstakes by purchasing any product from Kind Goods at participating Missouri retail locations and completing the entry process made available in connection with the purchase.
• Without Purchase (Free Alternative Method of Entry – AMOE): To enter without making a purchase, visit the Kind Goods Sweepstakes Entry Form and complete the online entry form. No purchase or other consideration is required. This method is free and provides the same chance of winning as the purchase-based entry.

Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of method of entry.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

On or about Tuesday, July 14, 2026 the Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Potential winner(s) will be contacted via phone or email within 3 business days of the drawing. If a selected winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 5 days, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

Prize Pack 1 – Concert Experience with a Bonus

One (1) premium vaporizer device (Puffco) plus two (2) tickets to Guns N’ Roses at Busch Stadium, subject to date/lineup availability.

Prize Pack 2 – Glassware Package

Five (5) individual winners will each receive one (1) $100 gift card to The Canteen at 9 Mile Garden, redeemable per The Canteen’s terms and conditions.

Four (4) individual winners will each receive one (1) $50 gift card to Ballpark Village, redeemable per Ballpark Village’s terms and conditions.

Prize Pack 5 – Outdoor Package

One (1) insulated Kind Goods branded YETI cooler

Prize Pack 6 – One (1) World Cup Final Watch Experience at FanDuel/Ballpark Village, ($300 tab, reservations up to 6 people)

Prize may include a curated bundle of products or a store credit applied through Metrc-compliant point-of-sale systems.

• Prize must be accepted as awarded.
• No cash or substitution permitted.
• Prize must be claimed in person by a verified, compliant 21+ customer, subject to regulations published by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services’ Division of Cannabis Regulation regulations (“DCR”).

7. Odds of Winning

Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Publicity

By entering, participants agree to allow Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and city of residence for promotional purposes in all media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond its control impairs the integrity of the promotion. Any attempt to tamper with or manipulate the entry process will result in disqualification.

10. Limitation of Liability and Release

By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and its employees from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages arising out of or related to participation or use of a prize.

11. Compliance with Missouri Law

This sweepstakes is intended to comply with Missouri Revised Statutes, including prohibitions on illegal lotteries by eliminating consideration through a free method of entry. No purchase is required to participate or win. All prizes shall be fulfilled in accordance with applicable DCR rules and Metrc software traceability standards.
