We’re incredibly proud to share that Kind Goods has been voted Best Cannabis Dispensary in St. Louis Magazine’s 2026 A-List Readers’ Choice Awards, marking our fifth consecutive year receiving the honor.
That’s five straight wins: 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, and now 2026.
Plus Kind Goods isn’t the only name we’re celebrating this year. Jacob Fountain of Kind Goods was named Best Budtender in the 2026 A-List Awards.
The timing couldn’t be more meaningful. Earlier this year, we celebrated the 5th anniversary of Kind Goods with the customers, team members, brand partners, and community who helped us reach this milestone. Now, we get to celebrate our fifth consecutive A-List win and a Best Budtender honor for one of our own.
It’s an accomplishment we’re incredibly proud of, but it’s one we could never claim on our own. This belongs to St. Louis.
Five Years of Kind Goods
When we opened Kind Goods five years ago, our goal was pretty simple. We wanted to create a cannabis dispensary where people actually enjoyed shopping.
That meant having a great selection, of course, but we knew the products on the shelves were only part of the experience. We wanted our stores to feel welcoming. We wanted our teams to know their stuff without making cannabis feel complicated. And we wanted customers to feel just as comfortable asking their first cannabis question as they would coming in to find their newest favorite product.
Over the past five years, that idea has grown into seven Kind Goods locations across the St. Louis area.
We’ve watched Missouri’s cannabis industry change tremendously during that time, and we’ve grown right alongside it. We’ve welcomed new customers, met new neighbors, introduced people to new products and celebrated plenty of milestones together.
Through all that growth, what matters most to us has stayed the same: taking care of the people who walk through our doors.

That’s why being voted Best Cannabis Dispensary in St. Louis Magazine’s A-List Awards for five consecutive years means so much to us.
It represents all the everyday moments that have happened inside our stores over the past five years: a budtender taking a few extra minutes to answer a question, a customer finding exactly what they were looking for, someone stopping by for the first time and coming back again, a regular bringing in a friend because they know they’ll be taken care of.
Those moments are what built Kind Goods, and they’re what make this recognition feel so personal

The best budtenders understand that. They listen first, answer questions without judgment, know their products, and help customers feel confident about what they’re taking home.
St. Louis Magazine recognized Jacob for making both new and experienced customers feel welcome and for using his knowledge to help medical patients and recreational customers find the right fit with confidence.

Kind Goods is locally owned and operated, and St. Louis has been part of our story from the very beginning. We wouldn’t have grown from a new local dispensary into seven locations without customers who continued to shop with us, tell their friends about us, leave reviews, attend our events and, yes, vote for us year after year.
Some of you have been shopping with us since our earliest days. Others may have walked into a Kind Goods for the first time last week. We’re grateful for all of you.
And we’re equally grateful for the people behind Kind Goods. From our budtenders and store teams to everyone working behind the scenes, this recognition reflects the care they put into creating a better experience for our customers every day.

Five years ago, Kind Goods was just getting started. Today, we’re proud to serve the St. Louis area through seven locally operated dispensaries: Affton, Fenton, Manchester, Maryland Heights, On The Hill, St. Peters, and Soulard.
Each location has its own neighborhood, its own regulars, and its own personality. What connects them is the experience we want every customer to have when they walk through the door. Whether you know exactly what you came in for or need some help figuring it out, you should feel welcome. You should feel comfortable asking questions. And you should leave feeling good about what you chose.

When we look back at 2026, there’s going to be a lot to remember.
We celebrated five years of Kind Goods. We grew to seven locations. Jacob Fountain was named Best Budtender. And for the fifth consecutive year, St. Louis voted Kind Goods Best Cannabis Dispensary in St. Louis Magazine’s A-List Awards.
We couldn’t have imagined a better way to mark our fifth anniversary.
