The Kind Goods Yoga Collective: Wellness Meets Cannabis Microdosing

At Kind Goods, we believe that true wellness comes from both body and mind, and our mission is to help you Feel Good. Be Better. That’s why we created the Kind Goods Yoga Collective, a series of events designed to combine yoga, mindfulness, and cannabis microdosing for a truly transformative experience. This November, we’re excited to host our third event in the series at Faust Park, and we can’t wait to share what’s in store.

What is the Kind Goods Yoga Collective?

The Kind Goods Yoga Collective was born from a desire to bring together two powerful practices—yoga and cannabis microdosing—in a supportive, community-driven environment. Founded by Shannon Lenzen in collaboration with Kind Goods, this event series aims to provide a space for individuals to explore holistic wellness in a mindful and safe way.

Shannon, who began practicing yoga in July 2021, was inspired by how the practice helped her find balance, strength, and calmness in her everyday life. When her husband and co-founder of Kind Goods, Kyle Lenzen, introduced her to cannabis microdosing, Shannon discovered that it beautifully complemented her yoga routine. The combination of yoga and small, controlled doses of THC helped her enhance her practice, allowing her to unwind while staying mindful and present.

Shannon wanted to share this transformative experience with others, leading her to create the Kind Goods Yoga Collective—a place where community members can come together to practice yoga, explore cannabis microdosing, and connect with one another in a meaningful way.

The Upcoming Event: Join Us at Faust Park

The third event in the Kind Goods Yoga Collective series is happening on November 3rd at Faust Park. The day will begin at 1:30 p.m. with a Sip & Shop, featuring hot cocoa, apple cider, and peppermint tea crafted by Harold Sexauer, the Head Chef at Good Taste Edibles and will include a variety of festive accoutrements and toppings. Attendees will have the opportunity to infuse their drinks with High Five’s THC STiRiBLES while exploring local products and vendors such as YENology, Tales of Light Candles, limited edition ice-dyed Kind Goods Yoga Collective merch by RNG, and more. It’s a chance to mingle, sip, and support local businesses in a festive atmosphere.

The yoga sessions will then be led by some of St. Louis’ most talented instructors:

  • Shannon Lenzen will guide the opening and closing circles, focusing on breathwork, mudras, and mantras to set the tone for the day.

  • Debby Siegel, known for her creative and inclusive teaching style, will lead a gentle flow yoga session, followed by a Yin practice enhanced by crystal sound bowls for deep relaxation.

  • Karinn Granger, a specialist in sound healing will play during the Yin, and meditation portions of the class.

  • Reiki healers, Michaela Schweiger and Danielle Tridenti will be assisting throughout Yin, Meditation and Savasana

Giving Back: Support Fit and Food Connection

One of the core values of Kind Goods is giving back to the community. That’s why we are encouraging all attendees to donate to Fit and Food Connection, a local nonprofit that provides healthy food and fitness resources to underserved communities in St. Louis. Your donation will help empower families and individuals to lead healthier, more fulfilled lives.
